UPDATE

I have resigned from my work at the North Balwyn Medical Centre at the end of December 2021. I have written a letter to be emailed to all my patients informing them of my resignation. Due to practice protocol this needs to be done through the practice. I look forward to reconnecting later in the year initially in an online capacity.

I continue to expand my skills in wholistic medicine, with the addition of counselling and Internal Family Systems (IFS) psychotherapy.

I hope to continue providing one to one consultations in a range of different areas in a telehealth format.

The answer is exercise. Just 30 minutes per day can have enormous benefits on a wide variety of health conditions.
