Keto GF bread rolls

Keto Bread Rolls (Gluten-free)


1 1/4 cups of almond meal

5 tbsp psyllium husk powder

3 egg whites

2 tsp baking powder

2 tsp apple cider vinegar

½ tsp salt

1 cup water

2 tsp sesame seeds (optional)                                                                            


Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F).

Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl. Bring the water to a boil.

Add vinegar and egg whites to the dry ingredients and combine well. Add boiling water while beating with a hand mixer for 30 seconds. Don’t overmix the dough. The consistency is like Play-Doh.

Moisten hands with a little olive oil and shape the dough into rolls. (6 large or 9 small) and place on a sheet of greased baking paper on a tray.

Top with sesame seeds.

Bake on the lower rack of the oven for about 45-50 minutes depending of the size of the rolls.
