Chocolate crackles
/Ingredients
4 tablespoons dark organic cacao powder
4 tablespoons coconut oil
125 gr puffed rice
2 teaspoons coconut sugar (add another teaspoon if needed)
Method
Melt the coconut oil until it is melted and add the dark cacao and mix together in a large bowl. Add the sugar and then taste to see if it is sweet enough for you.
Finally, add the rice puffs to the mixture and mix until they are all coated with the cacao and coconut oil.
Place in the freezer for 20 minutes. They will be ready to eat. If you are travelling to a party, or it is hot they may need to be kept cool or refrigerated.
Makes 12-15 chocolate crackles.
