Olive Dip


2 cups pitted Kalamata olives

1 /2 cup extra virgin olive oil

1/2 clove garlic finely chopped (optional)

1 tspn each of fresh parsley, thyme and rosemary

juice of 1/2 lemon

black pepper to taste


Add all the ingredients in a food processor and mix for 30-60 seconds.

Enjoy with carrot and celery sticks or seed crackers.
