Ingredients
500 gr mixed frozen berries
2 punnets strawberries
2 tblspns brown sugar
2 tblspns Grand Marnier
2 tblspns apricot jam
Method
Add the Grand Marnier, brown sugar and apricot jam in a saucepan and mix the three ingredients stirring gently and then boil the mixture for about two minutes and pour over the mixed frozen fruit.
Add chopped strawberries and mix gently.
Serves:6-8
Add to vanilla coconut yoghurt or vanilla ice cream.
