Acupuncture is used for many conditions because it promotes pain relief, reduces inflammation, boosts the immune system and improves general health.
Acupuncture is an energy based system of healing used by the Chinese for 3000 years. They believe that wellness is a state of balance and harmony and that disharmony or disease is caused by a changes in the flow of vital energy or chi. Acupuncture points are entry points into this flow of energy or chi.
Today we can combine the benefits of Western Knowledge with Eastern techniques by using laser acupuncture or needles.
What is Laser Acupuncture?
Laser acupuncture uses a low level laser beam to stimulate acupuncture points which are situated close to nerves or blood vessels under the skin. This stimulation sends a message along the nerves to the spinal chord and brain resulting in pain relief and healing. It is painless, safe and minimally invasive.
